That is correct, but only for the top-level build. But there are
currently several scripts the could kick things off:
1) the make/build.xml
2) the make/build-test.xml - probably this should not be called directly
3) the modules/*/make/build.xml
These were the scripts George modified. It''s not a trivial matter.
I'm about to submit a JIRA with a fix to make a top-level property.
Just waiting for the testing to finish - I want to test each of the
above entry points compiling and testing on windows and linux so it
takes a while.
