Thanks Ingo,

Your enhanced patch is in trunk r1744396. 
I extended to all possible cases in "content contex"t and checked that there was no cases outside "content context"
I'll backport later by hand...

BTW, this was already reported by [~wt] in a comment at OFBIZ-6973 but he did not create a Jira
