creating keystore file

I'm trying to create a keystore file to work with my jmeter script.  With the
private key, ca.cert, csr file, and the certificate from the CA(client.key,
client.cert, client.csr, server.key, server.cert, server.csr and ca.cert),
how do I create a keystore file to work with jmeter?  I tried creating one
but it doesn't work out.
