For each feature needs to be implemented (almost the same as for Segment):

1. A js-class extended bay.whiteboard.Element
2. This class shoul support draw, toJson and fromJson, toString, distance functions
3. Add button (call Whiteboard.addTool)  to draw the element

Also a timer should be created for pointer - after it ends pointer should be deleted.
