The new media blogging features in Roller includes metadata, thumbnails, a feed for uploaded media resources and supports the basic photo gallery features you'd want in a blog package.

> I'm working in a communications company and we are thinking about using Roller for our customers in order to give them a free blogging service. We would be very pleased if we could also give them a photo (or multimedia) album where they could place their photo galleries. We are also thinking is some kind of blog - album integration, so that when a user wants to create a new post with an image, then he could include a photo from one of its albums using a rich text editor and maybe with AJAX libraries (Script.acu.lous, Rico, etc) to made it easy for end-user. This way they don't need to open an aditional account on Flickr or Yahoo Photos to store their collections and they don't need to understand HTML tags as IMG.
> As an additional wish it would be great if photo albums also include:
> -RSS
> -Comments on images
> -Thumbnails
> -Resizing/crop/turn images
> -Different sizes and qualities
> -Vote
> -Stats (popular photos...)
> -Etc, etc...
> We have been testing several Photo Album services and we have found a lot of interesting new web2.0 services with great ideas such as BubbleShare (http://bubbleshare.com/)
> Thanks for your attention and sorry if this is not the right channel to ask for this new feature.
