Fwd: NCSU apache.org accounts

Most of us have received our committer accounts, but the username  
'hes' for Henry Schaffer (who has submitted his ICLA) has not been  
created yet.  Who do we talk to about getting this unstuck?

I see that Henry has sent in his ICLA.  http://people.apache.org/~jim/committers.html#unlistedclas

However, he was not listed in the original proposal and this is the  
first time his name has come up.  http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/VCLProposal

Since the proposal was the document that was voted on it would be  
inappropriate for us to add new people based on that.  At this time I  
recommend that we get cracking on getting the code in and That Henry  
dig in through patches and other efforts.  I'm confident that his  
contributions will be evident and that he will earn commit quickly  
based on his contributions.
