The Help file regarding the use of regular expressions in the search & replace
dialog is very misleading. I am willing to edit the text myself to clarify the
matter. Please let me know whether this is acceptable, and if so, how I should
go about it. I could post a revised version as plain text here or paste the
original text into an OO document, mark up suggested changes, and attach the
document here.

If you think that bigger changes are reqired, for example you can copy / paste
the affected Help contents to a Writer document and do the edits with Menu
'Record Changes' enabled.
