About some CSS bugs (#35 and #30/#32)

Hi Alex,

I have a huge need to solve compiler but #35 since I don't find any
workaround to what I need to do (only bloating the code with more html
nodes that do what I need, but I think that's not temporal. I create a
branch in compiler with one commit that I think is the way to solve it in
compiler, but still don't know what I have to do in Core/SimpleCSSValueImp
(if the fix must be done there). The problem is that if I remove double
quotes for elements with "data:", the array of elements now are right, but
the app doesn't interpret correctly, so I think something is wrong in
SimpleCSSValueImp

the other is #30 - #32 that seems to be essentially the same. I finaly
think the problem is what I posted in the bug. I think I don't get elements
(without dot) when it lives in a library, and I get those If I put in final
app. I think for that reason you get it work, but if you try it on a
library, that should fail.

Hope you could assist me in those two bugs, since are important to continue
the theme effort. I close for today.

thanks!
