   The brpc method name used by be contain package name. When we change our package name from palo to doris, the rpc method name is changed too. Then old version BE send method name like `palo.rpc_method`, and new version BE doesn't know this method cause of their methods name are like `doris.rpc_method`. 
   
   So, For compatible with old version, I reserve old RPC service `palo.PInternalService`, and add a new RPC service `doris.PBackendService`, which are implemented the same. And new version BE also use `palo.PInternalService` to call other BE, which can be old version or new version.
   
   FE's RPC client have no this problem, because their RPC method have not include package, so, changing package have no influence with it.
