[VOTE] Remove jars of required libraries from SVN
Please vote for the proposal to
- remove the jars of all required libraries from SVN
- provide an ant target to download them from some external location
-0 from me. If it makes all of you happy, go for it!

I don`t want them in the CVS, so a definite +1 from me for that, as
long as the jar files are delivered in the binary distribution.
