Reworked after comments from Qifan and Hans.

      #<osim-directory> can either full(absolute) or relative.
      control osim capture location '<osim-directory>';

      control osim capture stop;

      #If force is present, remove existing tables on name confliction.
      control osim load from '<osim-directory>'[, force];

      control sim simulate start|continue '<osim-directory>';
