[GSoC] [Java] [RFC] headers exchange binding creation

Hi all,

The existing UI for the JMX management console has a check in it that
produces a custom binding creation view when it encounters a headers
exchange, whereas the other exchanges just get a basic 'queue' and
'binding' text field system. The headers exchange view provides a
series of 'name' 'value' text field pairs and uses these to build the
final binding string.

I was wondering what the view is on this, should I borrow this
functionality for the new UI, or would people prefer the basic route?
