   ### What happened?
   
   Remembering open tabs in the data orchestration perspective is broken in Hop GUI. If you have an open tab in the file explorer perspective it no longer works.
   
   Reproduction: 
   - open a text or JSON file in the explorer perspective.
   - open a pipeline in the data orchestration perspective
   - close and re-start the Hop GUI
   - Notice that the GUI opens in the file perspective and that the data orchestration perspective doesn't show any open tabs.
