With this feature, a Historical node can be put in maintenance mode, by adding it to `maintenanceList` in Druid Coordinator dynamic config. Coordinator will move segments from such nodes with a specified priority `maintenanceModeSegmentsPriority`. That allows to move segments from nodes which will be replaced afterwards avoiding availability issues which could be caused by abrupt shutdown.
