[GitHub] incubator-tinkerpop pull request: Enable RAT plugin on builds

    Enable RAT plugin on builds

    Adds an `<executions>` section to the RAT plugin configuration so any
    build verifies the release for licenses
    
    Fixes the one missing license header found by RAT

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/rvesse/incubator-tinkerpop rat-enable

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-tinkerpop/pull/40.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
