Slow rendering and timeout when pulling up resources page with a lot of files

Hi,

I'm running 4.01 on WLS 11g and Oracle DB.

Some users with a lot of files saved in their uploads area
(/roller-ui/authoring/resources.rol?weblog=blogHandle) are experiencing
timeouts or long rendering times. One particular user has 24MB (300+ files
of varying sizes) and has about 12 subdirs. The grand total from "du -c"
from that dir is 150MB.

What is Roller doing to render this list? Is there a workaround to speed it
up? Such as more folders in the blogger's root uploads directory?
