   ## Description ##
   This PR is part of a larger work to introduce Symbol.random and NDArray.random modules in scala API.
   This PR is a refactoring of code-generation (APIDocGenerator, NDArrayMacro, SymbolMacro) to avoid duplication of similar logic.
