InstallBin Error

 copy modules\experimental\Release\mod_ext_filter.so "\Apache2\modules"
<.y
The system cannot find the file specified.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'copy' : return code '0x1'
Stop.
Error executing NMAKE.

Apache.exe - 1 error(s), 4 warning(s)

All I did was run InstallBin -> Build Apache.exe.
