I would suggest to get rid of activation 1.1 dependency as its content is already within Java Spec JRE (rt.jar), and may confuse classloader having multiple definitions of same classes. May result in java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError. Just got into this issue with javax.activation.DataHandler class.
