mod_http2 copyright

Hi,

I see that Apache HTTPD 2.4.17 comes with new module mod_http2. Source 
files for this module have just following copyright:

Copyright 2015 greenbytes GmbH (https://www.greenbytes.de)

But NOTICE file doesn't mention it.

Is this correct or NOTICE file needs to be updated?
