[jira] [Created] (MNGSITE-401) WTF is a "software project management and comprehension tool"?

Elliotte Rusty Harold created MNGSITE-401:
---------------------------------------------

Summary: WTF is a "software project management and comprehension tool"?
                 Key: MNGSITE-401
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MNGSITE-401
             Project: Maven Project Web Site
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Elliotte Rusty Harold

This phrase, which we use in many places and which is copied and pasted into a lot of third party content, is meaning-free technobabble. I use it as an example of bad writing in my Tech Writing for Developers Course.

Let's replace it. I suggest "build management tool for Java".
