LDAP User and roles not publication dependant

Hi,

We host several publications, all users are authentified by a LDAP server. 
This works fine, but I cannot figure out how to give different roles tu users 
in the different publications.

If I change a role in a publication, it gets changed in all other 
publications.

How to change this ?
