I forget to add my configure options:

./configure --enable-deflate --enable-mime-magic \
--enable-expires --enable-headers \
--enable-unique-id --enable-http --enable-dav \
--enable-info --enable-cgi --disable-cgid \
--enable-speling --enable-rewrite \
--enable-so --enable-mods-shared=most
