When starting the flink stream task, an error was reported that the instance could not be started.
api-server's log reported:

I hope we can successfully launch the task
### How to reproduce
Create a flink stream task,then in Stream Task page to start the task.

I've encountered this problem in the dev branch, usually due to IDEA's cache, you can try to refresh the IDEA's cache.
