Bug in svn cleanup - won't create .svn/tmp

Hi !

Just had this:

E:\wc\systemes\mil\sgad\trunk>svn pe svn:ignore .
svn: Your .svn/tmp directory may be missing or corrupt; run 'svn cleanup'
and tr
y again
svn: Can't open file '.svn/tmp/dir-props': Le chemin d'accès spécifié est
introu
vable.

E:\wc\systemes\mil\sgad\trunk>svn cleanup
svn: Can't open directory '.svn/tmp': Le chemin d'accès spécifié est
introuvable
.

svn propedit recommends I run svn cleanup, and svn cleanup won't create
.svn/tmp. After I manually created it, svn cleanup ran.

Now, don't ask me why the .svn/tmp folder was not there before ! I can't
tell you. I certainly haven't touched it myself. What lives in there is
voodoo black magic for me :)

Is there code in svn propedit which would delete .svn/tmp ? If not,
might it be something like the infamous Windows retry bug ?

E:\wc\systemes\mil\sgad\trunk>svn --version
svn, version 0.36.0 (r8278)
   compiled Jan 18 2004, 15:16:42

On Win2K SP4, ra_local, on a local drive.

Have a nice day !

Most of it... I certainly didn't zip up my WC to move it around...
Prior to that, I svn switch --relocate the WC. I remember now, I also
had an error when doing svn up. I was out of disk space. After I made
some space, I finished svn up, but relocated first.
