   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   I need to set the xAxis axisLabel in middle of the chart. Whenever the chart is viewed in different screen resolution, the xAxis axisLabel's position will change. This feature would solve UI (xAxis axisLabel) issues of the chart
   
   ### What does the proposed API look like?
             axisLabel: {        
               show: true,
               margin: -140, 
               position:fixed //maybe can have feature that allows xAxis axisLabel to be fixed regardless any screen resolution
   }
