Git repository as SVN external?

Has anyone ever had to use a git repository as an SVN external? Is
there an easy way to handle this?

Thanks!

Well, obviously not as a direct svn:external, but is there an elegant
way to manage that sort of dependency? Tracking an entire Git
repository beneath SVN is the only thing I can think of, and that
seems cumbersome at best.

Subversion can only use other Subversion repositories as externals.
