TestXSLT should have a more appropriate name

Summary: TestXSLT should have a more appropriate name
           Product: XalanC
           Version: 1.2.x
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: XalanC
        AssignedTo: xalan-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: matt_g_@hotmail.com

For most purposes (i.e. aside from testing libxalan), 'TestXSLT' is, at best, a
useless name. At worst, it's downright confusing ("hey, it's not testing the
XSLT, it's applying it!"). I'd simply name it 'xalan'. Or 'xalan-xslt' if you
prefer.

Sure, I can just make a symlink to it, but I shouldn't have to (okay, feel
compelled to)!
