Changes:

[Andreas Veithen] Moved the Xdocs to their standard location.

[Andreas Veithen] Removed maven-theme.css. This appears to be a stylesheet from Maven 1 that is no longer used.

[Andreas Veithen] Moved the DOAP file to a different location. Note that it has never been included in the site and it is also not necessary to include it. It is only used to generate http://projects.apache.org/ and must be referenced in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/infrastructure/site-tools/trunk/projects/files.xml. I will inform site-dev@apache.org about the new location.

[Andreas Veithen] Moved the stylesheet to a location where it is picked up automatically by the Maven site plugin and removed the explicit links to the stylesheet from the Xdocs.

[Andreas Veithen] Removed the dynamic-labels.properties file. This file will be no longer necessary.

[Andreas Veithen] Removed two unused download.cgi scripts and moved the remaining one to the resources folder.

[Andreas Veithen] Simplifying the Maven site, step 4: use a single download page instead of a separate page for each available release.

[Andreas Veithen] Simplifying the Maven site, step 3: moving resources (images, etc.) into a separate directory, as expected by the Maven site plugin.

[Andreas Veithen] Simplifying the Maven site, step 2: use Velocity templates (which are directly supported by the Maven site plugin) instead of ant to substitute the axis2_version variable in Xdocs.

[Andreas Veithen] Simplifying the Maven site, step 1: eliminated version numbers from the directory structure and changed links containing @axis2_version_dir@.
