Diffs for UnixWare7 samples/tests

Good Afternoon xerces-c list:

Attached are diff patches
to ./samples and ./tests configuration files to allow
the build of those programs on UnixWare 7

This is for xerces-c-src1_4_0 source on UnixWare 7.1.1
with gcc 2.95

Also, is there a reason why the files: config.sub, config.guess, configure
and runConfigure are not delivered with execute permissions on ?
