can't open results in jmeter

Jmeter can't open its own result file! 

I'm using only one Simple Data Writer with configuration:
- Save as xml
- Save label
- Save request headers (xml)
- Save latency
- Save thread name
- Save url
- Save elapsed time
- Save byte count
- Save sample and error counts. 

I set 25 users, every of them sends an http request in a loop (2000 cycles)

The result file is 20 Mb. I set some listeners to the WorkBench, but none of
them can open results! I got an error "Error loading Results file - see log
file".

what should I do? There must be larger tests, but it's impossible to analyse
even such small tests!

Had someone try to open jtl files in MS Excel or OpenOffice?

how to solve this problem?
