An Elastic IP changes during Edge recreation if leave a previous elastic IP.

 

*Preconditions:*

Environment is created

 

*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Delete edge from AWS console do Not check off release elastic IP
2. Recreate Edge from DLab UI

 

*Actual result:*

A new elastic IP is created and it is used for Edge

Previous elastic IP exists and it is not used for Edge

 

*Expected result:*

Previous elastic IP is used
