revert activemq upgrade

Hi guys,

Can we short term revert the activemq upgrade since the used version
doesn't support java 7 please?

(if someones wants to start a thread to pass tomee 7 to java 8 as a minimum
I'm +1 on that but short term a working build and CI would be good)
