Antonenko Alexander resolved AMBARI-19697.

    Resolution: Fixed

This is not a regression. This is designed to be so. We show list of all services that are present in stack, and ganglia is one of them.
This is made so because of many reasons one of them is - when you update ambari, in config history there are still records regarding services from prev versions of ambari, that may be missing in updated version, that's why we show all service names that present in stack
