PHP, PHP3, PHP4 or all of them?

Hello all

I am setting up a new server for clients that is an Apache
web server that is Linux based and am trying to figure out
the best or should I say most common installation by way of
features and mods supported.

I have seen in the httpd.conf file that there are mods for
PHP, PHP3, PHP4, which is better, or should all of them be
supported. I would imagine there is a drawback from
complying all of them, am I correct in my assumption? What
other mods should be installed on a basic web server?

Any thoughts or comments appreciated.
