[bug-69366] CellUtil.setCellStyleProperties: find the existing style again when a fill color is null or RGB

The fill colors are held twice in the style properties, as a Color and as
an indexed color, and the style lookup compared both. That failed in two
ways: a wanted indexed color of null never equalled the automatic color
(64) an existing style without a fill color reports, and the indexed
color derived from an RGB color is 0 while a cell without a fill reports
64. Either way a new style was created on every call.

A wanted Color is now authoritative and the derived indexed colors are
only compared when there is none, with a missing value meaning the
automatic color.
