hwo to use 'run_custom_jetty'

Hi!
The target "run_custom_jetty" does not seem to work
although I copied the jettyconf.xml into the
   src/documentation folder.

I went to forrest.build.xml and removed the line
   if="custom_jetty_config"
and then it works whenn called with 'forrest run'
although it gives a java-exception if jettyconf.xml
is not present and then starts run_default_jetty.

Is there a better way to do this?
