Cant find the antVersusMaven xdoc at the site

Hello guys.

Ive got maven from the repo, and I found an interesting xml:
ant-guide/index.xml

but I cant find this on the website as an html, and I dont wanna read
the XML. I needed to generate the site (maven site:generate) to find the
.html.

where is it on the official website? It should be here, but it isnt:

one more question: its a pain in the ass to go to the prompt everytime
to run maven. I use eclipse, is there any plugin just for running maven?
