Hi all,

The first release candidate for Apache Open Climate Workbench 0.5 is now
available.

The tag for this release is available at:
http://s.apache.org/JTzz


Release artifacts are available for review at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/climate/0.5_rc1/


Please vote on releasing these packages as Apache OCW 0.5. The vote is
open for the next 72 hours


Only votes from Apache OCW PMC are binding, but folks are welcome to check
the
release candidate and voice their approval or disapproval. The vote passes
if at least three binding +1 votes are cast.

Hey Team,

Checksum passed.

I tried to use the osx based easy-ocw installer to do a complete scratch
install on my Mac but I was never able to get NetCDF4 installed and I also
had to manually install the dateutils module to make some of the utility
tests pass.  Hopefully others still have solid environments to test on.  I
will try to keep hacking away at my environment and look to providing some
updates to the osx easy-ocw installer.  For now I cannot really vote since
I cannot get my system working.
