The webconsole is not working due to a missing ecj jar:

 

avax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletException: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: No Java compiler available for configuration options compilerClassName: [null] and compiler: [null]
