Cayenne uses incorrect ObjectID in some situations, resulting in inability to resolve hollow object
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: CAY-585
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/cayenne/browse/CAY-585
     Project: Cayenne
        Type: Bug

  Components: Cayenne Core Library
    Versions: 1.2
Environment: Debian linux (3.1), jdk 1.5. cayenne 1.2RC2 (also occurs in 1.2B3)
    Reporter: Robert Zeigler

Under some conditions (see attached file for an example test case), cayenne attempts to resolve a hollow object using an invalid objectid.
Occurs only when inheritence is involved and only the base class is being worked with.
