what is the Interval of BlockPoolSliceScanner.

Hi all

   I find that when datanode startup it will run BlockPoolSliceScanner to
verificate the BP.
  What is the Interval  of BlockPoolSliceScanner, and when does the
BlockPoolSliceScanner begin to work?
