I didn't have much time to work on this in the last 3-4 days, each build runs *either* on windows or on ubuntu, but not on both; of course we can change that by creating separate jobs for each environment.

I will most likely start to work on it again next week, but in the meantime I don't think it's ready to start triggering notifications.)
