   FWIW I consistently ran into this error on Amazon linux, but switching to Ubuntu  and the LD library issue disappeared with : Example - export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda/lib64/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
   
   Since this isn't a gpu install I'm not sure it will help at all, but the missing libmxnet.so is the exact same missing as my install issues
