i didn't succeed to launch apache on one platform with windows NT4 PACK 5

I have installed Apache supplied with the CD-ROM installation for Oracle Enterprise Edition 8.1.7.The configuration file httpd.conf seems to be correct and, when i tried to launch the Oraclehttpserver service with the apache command, i got this error:" syntax error online 14 of \apache\apache\conf\mod_ose.conf auroraservice-directive already in effect for this server" or, when i tried to start the httpserver service, i got "error 1067"
