Web Id

We are using ACE RSA SecurId to manage security for a particular site. But
we were thinking of moving to Apache and we know that it is not supported
unless it is on IIS. There is a workaround we know of for other platforms
but we are using Windows NT. Could any one answer either of these two
questions:
Is there a way of getting Apache to work with RSA ACE SecurId on a NT
platform
Can anyone recommend a WebID mechanism that works with NT/Apache/Tomcat
