Could you please use the user/dec camel forum for such issues?

The JIRA tracker should only be used when we are have established what is wrong and can write a more precise report what is wrong.

You can try a processor instead and see what comes there, instead of file/mock

from(xx).process(new Processor() 
// and then do some System.out or start using a debugger and set a breakpoint in your processor.
