### What happened
Navigating to the `settings` view of the Advanced Blueprint produces a Javascript error
### What do you expect to happen
The settings view should be displayed to allow editing the blueprint
### How to reproduce
Create a new advanced blueprint using the bare minimum configuration for a JIRA blueprint and navigate to the `settings` view for the blueprint (e.g. `http://localhost:4000/blueprints/settings/1`). The error will be displayed instead of the page.

### Anything else
This occurs every time on an advanced JIRA blueprint.
There are no console errors in the browser. The API called by the dashboard returns a proper response with no API errors.
