[ApacheDS] Interceptors and bypass instructions

I was just wondering if we should flag certain operations within the server
as "collateral" meaning these operations are well operationally performed by
the server in reaction to direct operations issued by users. There are
several kinds of collateral operations and usually they require bypassing
some interceptors for correct operation.

It might also be a good idea to not only flag these operations as collateral
but also associate the set of explicit bypass instructions on them.

Thoughts?
