   - Purge stale build system files
   - Update hiredis to v0.14.1
   - Update jsoncpp to 1.9.3
   - Update re2 to 2020-07-06
   - Update glog/gflags to the latest
   - Update giflib & relocate repo to sourcefourge
   - Update libapr
   - Update serf (use proper tag)
   
   Hoping to merge this / non-squashed for git log purposes.
